The pants didn’t need the zipper or clasps. When I’m done using the sewing machine to seal up the pelvic area these will let me years. But the incredibly flimsy zipper and clasps just weren’t necessary. Extra materials which detract from the pants. One of the aluminum clasps snapped whips SHOWING the pants, before I’d even put them on.

These are my new favorite pants. The Apricot color is the perfect neutral, the linen is comfortable and durable, the wide leg design makes them fashionable and breezy for summer, and the elastic waistband makes for a perfect fit. These instantly elevate any outfit and are so easy to pair with a cute top. The high waist design also makes it more comfortable for me to wear a cropped top, which I would not do otherwise. I was apprehensive about pulling off the wide leg because I am short and plus sized and typically do not like to wear pants that make me look wider. It's not an issue with these. I pair them with a slimmer cut/tighter fitting top to avoid more volume, and the waist hit in just the right in my narrowest spot so everything is proportional. They are amazing!! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the closure. They have 2 clasps and a zipper, but the clasps are flimsy and come undone easily, and are also not well secured to the material. They are slightly hard to secure, that combined with how much they move around inside the waistband, I am afraid they will rip out rather soon. Although I thing it would be easy to mend, it's ideal to have to fix new-ish clothing.

These pants fit very well for the size, loose and comfy but reliably secured by the elastic waist. The material is excellent, absorbent and not thin (surprisingly), perfect for summer and also the pre- and post-season. Very good craftsmanship, everything is well sewn, well placed pockets. The instructions call for dry cleaning, because of shrinkage. Well, it’s not the first “dry-clean only” item I have washed. Cold water, letting them drip for an hour or so and then air drying usually works. Just avoid the dryer and 99% of the times there is little to no shrinkage. I did not yet wash these, I will update this review if things do not go well. Update: as promised, I am revising my rating after the first washing. Well, one of the clasps just fell off and left behind holes in the material. Definitely not well sized clasps for the material. Knocking off one star. Otherwise, the material is as good as new, no shrinkage or discoloration.

I ordered a size large, and I believe because of the style that these pants will fit a variety of women at each size. I'm 5'8" and 175 pounds, and I usually wear a medium in pants. And while I should have ordered a medium for myself, the elastic waist fit well and was not too loose or uncomfortable. Since it had plenty of give, I believe that my mom, who is 5'6" and 185 pounds (usually wears a size large) will fit in these pants as well. The waistband is THAT accommodating. In addition, the legs are super wide. While the pant legs and backside area fit loose on me, they will be not quite as loose, but still comfortable, on my mom. The feel of the fabric is slightly different than what I was expecting, but these are comfortable pants that will be great for travel.

I was so excited to see these pants! I’ve been looking for linen pants for the hot summer days we’ve been having where I live. I am 5’7” and I weigh around 155-160 and for pants I usually fit in a medium/large. I decided to go with a large which was actually a mistake on my part as I’m sure a medium would have fit WAY better. I will probably exchange these for a medium as they were SO comfortable. My only complaint is that they are dry clean only. Other than that, they’re awesome!

Ok, so I didn’t read that these are dry clean only…. I usually wash my clothing before wearing and I’m not a “dry clean only” kind of person (are there even dry cleaners out there anymore?). They come very wrinkled, which is to be expected. I may iron and wear for the first time and then see what happens when I do wash them. For the positives (if you are a “dry clean only” kind of person) these are quality pants! The fit is perfect, they are a very nice, heavy linen. They sit right about the belly button. They also have pockets and are nice and long but not too long! I think once I iron them they will look really good! Maybe I will try to hand wash them and see what happens, because I really do like them! I would have given them 5 ⭐️’s if not for the dry clean only!

These are well-constructed, wide-legged pants, but they are not linen. They are made of a rayon/linen blend (70% rayon, 30% linen), which is a good quality mid-weight material that feels good against the skin. But they're not linen, which figures prominently in the listing description, and I ordered them based on that description. I got these pants in the khaki, size L which fits true to size. The pants are comfortable with a casual good look, so I'm not totally unhappy with them. They're just not the linen pants I thought I was ordering.
