It’s definitely oversized. Size down if you want a more fitted look but if you’re looking for the oversized cute and comfy look, go with your original size. I’m 5’2, about 195lbs and this XL dress fit beautifully for an oversized look. The sleeves were so long they went over my fingertips but I can pull them up to look nice and the length is right above my knees. It’s very comfy and could be comfortable as a Christmas movie watching, couch day or dressed up for a party or pictures. I would buy again! For color reference the one packaged on the right is the beige color and the one on the left is the white color of this same sweater dress. The white does have a tad light yellow shade which is super disappointing, as I got this to match my daughter’s first Christmas sweater.

This sweater is beautiful! Quality is nice ! I ordered an XS - I am 5’6” 115 lbs. it’s oversized and great with leggings. Material thickness is thick and soft. Not see through and is warm.

This came in and looked like a very cute dress. The color is accurate to the photo as well as the style. No weird smells noted. The length was good and was not too baggy, which I was worried about. It is soft and made of a good material. Very warm! My only disclaimer: if you are fair-skinned, DOUBLE CHECK THE COLOR. I am extremely pale and bought this dress thinking it was a light cream. It is a cream, however on my pale skin it looked more like a tan! Before buying, make sure to compare your skin tone to the model's skin tone!!! I ended up giving to a friend for this reason. I wish they would have showed more pictures on several different skin tones, but otherwise a great dress!

Love how comfortable this is. It's soft, and the blue is a really pretty color. The weave is looser, so on cold days you'll want to wear something under it, or have a jacket. I got a medium, which fit best, but if you're taller, you might want to size up to a large to avoid length issues. It is a little shorter than I'm typically comfortable with. But I didn't upsize to a large because then it would have felt too oversized for me (I'm 5"8' and weigh about 160 lbs.).

I absolutely love this sweater. It is soft, thick, warm, and the perfect length to wear with leggings. I am 5'7" and the sweater does cover my bottom, but not enough in my opinion to be considered a sweater dress. I can see this being a super cute sweater dresss for shorter people though. It's stretchy and oversized, which is exactly what I was looking for. Ordering clothes online has been a struggle for me in the past but I have recently learned to measure myself and order based on the recommended size for my measurements shown in the sizing chart for the individual product and this method has worked wonders. I usually wear an XL in most things but my measurements suggested a large so I went with it. It is the perfect fit. Just the right amount of oversized that I was looking for. I definitely recommend.

I definitely recommend buying this. I got a small, and it fit more like a medium or bigger. This is very thick cable knit. I was pretty happy with the quality and the color was pretty much as pictured. Maybe just a tad bit darker. (I got the green) it is a little scratchy not the softest material but I wore tank tops and leggings underneath so it wasn’t an issue for me. It does get HOT. Would have been nice if it had pockets. I don’t recall a smell when I first got it.

I will say, I had a discrepancy with my order and I ended up with two mediums and one medium was significantly bigger. It was like they accidentally put a M tag on L dress.
