Both my kids wore this costume. It is easy and comfortable. They can go in a bounce house and do whatever (as long as they take the hood off). We painted their faces to look creepy - so it works with and without the hood. They love the light up glasses - although they are a bit delicate. When we removed the costume the sickle broke with barely any touch and continued to over the two times it was worn. They light up eyes could only be turned off by keeping a tiny piece of paper that you took in and out and eventually didn't work thus drained the battery. The outfit fit my 8 year old just fine. The gloves too. That part of the costume has no issues. It's a very light material. The mask is fine, he can't see out of it well though. Now my issues and major issues with this is.. the skythe broke right out of the packaging. Very cheaply made and he just accidentally bumped it and it snapped. VERY disappointing. Then the glasses yes they worked and were cool HOWEVER. the button doesn't work for turning on and off. We are afraid the battery will die before he gets to use on Halloween because it won't stay turned off. The slightest bump turns it on. Like they were turned off on the table and someone walking by and it turned on just from the movement around it. Very sensitive and keeps turning on. He still wants to keep it so we will but I'm not thrilled with this purchase ... show more

We were happy with the costume overall. It was as expected and the hood was easy to wear and easy to see through, however the glasses stopped lighting up after the first use. My husband even replaced the batteries thinking my son forgot to turn them off but they still didn’t work.
