The Urn was absolutely beautiful. I had it shipped directly to the Mortuary. It arrived promptly just in time for the cremation, which saved me an abundance of time since I did not live close to the Mortuary. It made it one less thing to check off of my long stressful to-do list. I had some worries in regards to if it would fit all of the ashes and that their would be no leakage if accidentally spilled. It indeed fit all of the ashes in which our deceased was approx 300lbs and the lid was sealed by a screw top and the ashes itself were in a separate bag which made it very secure. I would definitely recommend to buy this urn to someone in need of one. To top it off it was accompanied by a handwritten thank you/condolences note that I didnt expect from the company but was very heartfelt. Thank you!

Great Urn. Heavy duty and really nice looking. The only downside is the threaded lid. It was a pain to get it on straight. It took me like 10 tries but once it was on it's not coming off anytime soon. So while it took some effort, the weight, look, and seal are great. Plus you can't beat the price. a couple days later my girlfriend told me she was thinking about putting some of the ashes in a necklace or a ring and I gave her a look like, "I'm not sure if I can get it open anytime soon." LOL.

I've done a lot of research on urns as part of preplanning for my mom's burial. This was the one we picked, and it is very cost-effective. It's beautiful though. Even the funeral home director said it was beautiful. I recommend this product.
