Wasn't happy with my other daily sneakers and was looking for something with a clean simple look, lateral support, a comfortable fit, and high-top for ankle support. This sneaker nailed it all at an amazing price. I would say the quality of the sneaker based off the total build and interior is mid-range, not too cheap, not too well-made. They look fantastic, better than the pictures, the fit is TRUE-TO-SIZE. So order your exact shoe size. I normally toss the sneaker box but I love the AND1 30th anniversary box so I am keeping it. The soles are comfortable and I would say this sneaker has a light to medium shock absorption which makes it great for casual walking. Too much shock is for high-impact (running) or someone who weighs more. The lighter you are the less you activate the shock. Anyway - back to the point. Great sneaker, great fit, great look, comfortable, and the lateral support is awesome. If you move your ankle back and fourth the top of the shoe moves but the support on lateral is sturdy so no ankle twisting. Have not tested them for basketball and will only be using them for daily walking. For the price and everything else, this are an easy 10/10.

What a great alternative to the name brand....not that AND 1 isn't but comparable to other brands it really is a great alternative to basketball shoes. I have used these for a couple of out door games and it really delivered. It didn't make me a super hero but i did get great traction and great comfort. I was able to ball in them right out of the box. They are mid top and they give me enough support to give me confidence i can make turns and quick stops. It also did well on those smooth blacktops with dirty layer. i wasn't slipping around like ice. The color and breathability is good as well, no hot spots or bad rubs. I would keep purchasing from this brand.

I had to write this review because I've never worn a shoe that has been more ill-fitting and painful in my life. I am a size 11 MID and that is the size I got for this shoe. I've worn it for more than a month now, hoping that I could break it in, but no luck with that. The shoe is incredibly uncomfortable at all points of the front foot. Not only is the official size about half size smaller than what it should be, but it also squeezez down on your toes from the top nad from the sides. The feet don't feel any softness at all either. The longer I wear this sho, the more it hurts and it cannot be broken in. There is no way I'm wearing it again and certainly no way I'm playing any sport in this shoe unless I want to go to a hospital.

It's kinda difficult to write a positive review when the product is nice looking but was meant for a robot or man walking on the moon. The sole's are very stiff and now I wished I would have waited for for the Under Armor's. I won't order this brand again. trin
