I purchased the rose towels and absolutely love them!! Perfect color, soft, well made, absorbent, maintain color after wash. So I purchased the grey ones, I like everything about these: they are soft, very pretty, absorbent, EXCEPT one thing: In the photo, you can see the little fuzzies that WON'T COME OFF the white towels!! I washed these at least 10 times yesterday, using methods I found online to get rid of the fuzzies: I cleaned my washing machine, TWICE once w/ bleach, vinegar, and Lysol, then with a cleaner I got from the store, I then tried washing the towels with vinegar, and with baking soda. I tried taking care of it in the dryer, tried dryer sheets, and a set of balls that are supposed to cut down on static, lint ect...needless to say, NONE OF IT WORKED! I still have and use the rose ones, but did return the grey ones. ... show more

They’re not good enough to buy again, but not bad enough to go through the trouble of the return process. The price is okay for what you get. You get a large towel/hand towel/wash cloth in each color. I tried to iron the wrinkles out and they don’t come out. I waited until the steam hit them and they’re still wrinkled. The fabric isn’t very absorbent and honestly they’re not very soft. ... show more

I just recently redid my bathroom and needed to get new towels to go along with the new look. Well actually I didn't have to get new towels since I really do have tons of towels but I wanted something different. In my search I realized that towel sets can cost a small fortune. I stumbled upon these and thought how good can they be given the cheap price. When they arrived they were in a small package and my first thought was uh oh are these going to be super thin? I washed them and hung them to line dry (I don't use a dryer). They puffed up a bit and they look lovely in my bathroom. I was a bit concerned because my husband got dirt on the hand towel. He didn't bother mentioning it but when I heard him say "who buys white towels" I kinda figured what happened. Sure enough he got chocolate or something on them. Since it says not to bleach them I just sprayed it with Spray N Wash and the stain came out. They absorb perfectly. I truly love them. I just washed them for the second time and hung them out to dry and they held up fine in the wash. I'm thinking about buying another set of towels that this company makes because I really do like them. ... show more

This towel set arrived in less than a week. The set is pretty and I like the variety. I also feel the set is priced well. However, one of the face towels arrived frayed and all of the towels have a huge tag stitched to them... Odd! I didn’t find them to be as soft and plush as they looked in the photos. There are nicer towel sets available to order for a similar price point. Update- after using these for less than a week, they are fraying at the ashes and the loops are coming undone. Not recommended at all. I would return them had I not used them already. ... show more

The towels and washcloths all had threads hanging and the seams was incomplete on EVERY item. AFTER I sewed all the edges, they were washed and dried (per in instructions.) The extra long tabs for hanging were ugly and unsightly I didn't want to use them in my newly remodeled bathroom. I have relegated them to the pile to be given away. I will not be buying this brand EVER again. VERY VERY UNHAPPY ... show more

These just showed up so I haven't washed or used them yet, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised! They look just like the picture, and they're actually a fairly decent thickness. They're not one of my beloved ultra plush towels of course, but they're also not real thin like I expected. These would be perfect for gift giving- not only are the towels themselves very pretty, but they also come wrapped up in a nice ribbon and bow. (Which I didn't think to take a picture of before undoing it) These are actually made in India, not China- another surprise! Which seems to explain why they're pretty decent quality lol. Only issue I would have is that the tag says to wash these in the delicate cycle. Which I can do I suppose, but they're TOWELS and really should be sturdy enough to be washed on a regular cycle with the rest of the towels. It's not like they have some kind of tassles or other decorum on them that would require that. Update: I've used them and washed them several times now- on regular cycle, with all the other towels. And they've held up perfectly! ... show more

We ordered the silver (grey) and white and instead received all silver, and half of the items had tassels on them. The quality seems to be good - nice and soft - and so we decided to keep them. But tassels? Really?

This set really missed the mark, for me. I bought the blue and white filigree for just under 30$ (Yeah, I know- you get what you pay for). First Impressions: The tags are on the “display” side. Note that there is in fact a display side, meaning that the filigree design and stripe doesn’t go all of the way around the towel, which is pretty cheesy. After one wash, they’re VERY rough and FULL of lint. They actually feel like the old towels that I want to replace. I also got a ridiculous amount of lint from washing this set one time, with a pretty mild detergent. They already have snags and are pilling badly. I’m returning these. ... show more
