This came today after much anticipation... I put it on and my teenager thought it was amazing! It inflated nicely and looks just like the Among Us characters... this thing is big and fat (so much so that I don't recommend going up or down stairs in it - you can't see where you are stepping). You can barely tell there is a human inside! in my opinion this is the best, most realistic version I have seen out of all the versions that are out there. The fan is small but powerful - it takes 4 AA batteries. The battery compartment connects to the fan via USB, and can easily be disconnected from the fan. You can wear the costume either with the arms sticking out or with the arms hidden and the arm holes sealed (there is velcro where the arm holes are) - although I recommend sticking the arms out because doing so helps to stabilize the movement of the costume (and also makes the costume look funnier). I can't wait to wear this at Halloween! In regards to what others are saying about it being difficult to see when wearing the costume... there is a blue mesh layer inside the clear face screen, which makes for a great effect because it obscures the face of the person wearing the costume. However, this mesh makes it quite difficult to see when it is dark. So unless you have someone guiding you by the hand while Trick-or-Treating, you will likely have to cut this mesh out, or cut it on the sides and the bottom and roll it upwards like a tent flap. I like the effect of the mesh and I likely will not be Trick-or-Treating in this, so I will leave the mesh in. Bottom line: I would totally buy this again! In fact, I am thinking of getting another one in a different color so my husband and I can be matching at Halloween! ... show more

When I saw the name for this costume was Amon us instead of Among us, I immediately had second thoughts as to purchasing. However, my friends thought it would be funny if I bought it. Nevertheless, there is nothing funny about this costume. The ease of use is outstanding. It only takes 6 easy steps and around 5 minutes to get this thing ready. The front panel is perfectly visible, not allowing the outside to see your face while you can view in a roughly 120 degree angle. I have not had any problems yet with the zipper or the hand holes, or anything else for that matter. If I could rate this product 6 stars, I most definitely would. ... show more

The costume is of good quality, easy to get in and use the battery. Just take into consideration, that it is quite hot to be inside of it, hence be ready to open it from time to time.

    • Worked just fine - was missing something.

This costume worked well for what we needed, but there was a part of the costume that we found was missing. We did a group costume this year of different among us characters and everyone else had a cap that went over their heads with a strap attached to help stabilize the costume since it’s quite large and this one didn’t have that. We ended making our own sort of by tying ribbon around the arm sleeves and putting it around his back. Initially I was sceptical - big costume, small fan....it might leak air or just not inflate fully. Well....i was WRONG! You can self zip (do it prior to turning fan on), if you want surprise someone. Arm holes are veclored (I think I've invented a new word) but can be opened - for the best results let just your palms stick out. There is a shoulder strap that you can put around your neck so you don't have to hold the blue face "mask". For extended use USB charging bank is recommended. 5 stars!!!! ... show more

First of all, we got this in 24 hours, so that was amazing. We used our rechargeable batteries and the costume inflated in seconds. Be sure to put it on and zip up. The fabric is super lightweight, which is probably why it inflated so quickly. It’s not very noisy at all. And we just realized it’s the perfect pandemic costume because you can see through the “helmet” pretty well during the day (will have to test at night) and you don’t have to wear a mask because you’re basically inside a plastic bubble. The media could not be loaded. Was nice quality and super fun, BUT I had to trick or treat for these boys! They could barely see, kept bumping into people and was very difficult to give them a drink of water. I should have thought this through more.
