Its amazing how small things can change the look of your house. These plates look so elegant, they add a classiness to your home. They are hard sturdy metal plates, not some cheap squeaky plastic. I swapped all the ugly white plates out of my home.

I called the manufacturer when I came up short one screw. I was explaining that I couldn't be sure if the screw was missing or if I'd lost it, but I had hunted high and low without finding it. The customer service rep cut in to say, I've put in the order, and a replacement screw will ship out tomorrow. You should have it within 3 days. It was there the next day. Needless to say, this is now my go-to brand for this type of hardware! (And I did find the screw 2 weeks later when we pulled out the range.) ... show more

Reason for only 4 stars package shipping is in a plastic or recycled cardboard bag product could get bent easily. Would be nice if they have a bulk assortment package deals on products. People don't have one switch plate or one outlet plate in there household they have several and bulk packages would be nice! ... show more
