  • Priced right for the storage
Pattern Name: Desk
I purchased this to use as a crafting/sewing desk. I was a little nervous given the terrible reviews but thought it was a good enough price to try it out and I can say I’m not disappointed. This isn’t made as some high end desk but works great. It’s correct you’ll need more wood glue but the instructions included as extremely easy to follow and did not require 2 people. My only complaint is that I thought I could buy storage bins to place in the cubby slots but they are a slightly different dimension to there’s a small gap at the top and they do hang over a bit. ... show more

  • Don't Purchase!
Pattern Name: Desk
Exact size I was needing but very poorly made. Lots of knicks and scratches and several holes did not line up making assembly difficult. Not worth the money.

  • Just a little smaller than I expected
Pattern Name: Desk
This took 3 hrs to put together by myself Know exactly where you want to put it in your room and be careful moving it around I made the mistake of pushing it from the top and not the shelves lose, easy fix . The desk top isn’t as long as I would have like and the cubbies on the shelves are not as wide or deep as I was hoping for My craft room isn’t very big so this hobby desk fits better in there ... show more

  • Love but we battled
Pattern Name: Desk
Ok first off I do love this desk. It's a great work space and it has alot of storage. How ever. The glue they give you is a joke. I think it's craft glue and they don't give you enough. So do your self a favor and get wood glue for this project. Second it's best to have help. I was losing my mind doing this alone then my hubby walked in and helped and things went so much smoother. The G piece was drilled wrong so I couldn't complete it correctly. I used liquid nails to attach that piece and some 25 pound weights to hold it down. This is hard to build and I'm great a building just about any thing but this was a battle. How ever now that the hair pulling and wanting to burn it is over, I love it. As you can see in my pic I choose to turn the cubby side inward on the bottom out side piece of the desk because I wanted a cleaner look. Hard to tell since it's not organized in those pics lol but that side is also to small to hold a standard organizer so I wanted things to be hidden from exposure. Do wish the upper side of the shelling was taller but over all its great!!! ... show more

  • Disappointing yet Usable
Pattern Name: Desk
Okay, so this desk is smaller than it looks in the photo which was great for me considering I was worried it would take up a lot of room. It was damaged upon arrival, I am pretty sure it was from the shipping because there was even a hole in the box. I put it together and the hole is on the top of the shelf itself, so I just let it go. 1st. Easy to assemble. Um no, this is easy to assemble when you have the correct pieces. They labeled all the pieces correctly, but they gave me two E pieces instead of a D and E piece. Of course on the directions they say to make sure you have all the correct pieces. I did not because I wanted to build and get it off my floor. So if you buy, do check your pieces. 2. For small spaces. I would diffidently say the small look of it surprised me because it is in fact smaller looking and just looks really good in my room. I have a small upstairs room so it is pretty nice. I cant give it full five stars because the shelf part sticks out on the outside of the desk so its nearly impossible for it to sit flush against the wall. 3. Sturdiness. The sturdiness isn't that bad after you get the panels on. Like it feels pretty much like even stitch couldnt take it down...however I have not put anything on it yet cause I just built it last night. So far so good. If you have questions about what it can hold I can always add to this comment later after some time, and I am sure I will on my own depending on how bad it goes lol. Other than that it isn't bad, but it could be improved further down the road. Oh and I got the white one. Any question please pop a comment on this comment. I hope this helps. ... show more

  • Pretty good, could be cheaper
Pattern Name: Desk
Overall, the assembly was hassle-free. It took about 35-45 mins. All the pieces were there but a few of the wooden pegs were chipped or worn. The desk itself is sturdy enough for what I need it for. It is just going to be a simple computer workspace for our small apartment. One complaint is that the paint was chipped on one of the boards upon arrival. Another downside was some of the paint seems worn or was never properly applied to the product when it was painted before shipment. There are dark spots on the desktop. The backboards on the shelves were not evenly cut so they do not apply evenly and looks choppy after assembly. The desk itself is nice and I hardly notice the backboards since I have the longest side of the desk up against a wall. ... show more

  • Easy to Assemble
Pattern Name: Desk
My main take away from this product is ease of assembly. Other than help moving it around, mid-assembly, I put the whole thing together myself. For frame of reference, I'm a small, middle aged broad. For some odd reason, I excel at putting together crappy furniture. It's a gift. . .or a curse. When the box arrived, it was partially open at one end and had someone's giant clodhopper boot prints on one side. It looked like someone was dancing all over the box. That made me a bit angry. Upon inspection of the pieces, they were all in one piece and no damage was visible. I was super relieved. But still kinda irked about the shoddy treatment of the product. Two of the pre-made holes for the the cam locks were not drilled out properly. I had to chisel out the particle stuff so the cams would screw in. It was surprising how hard it was to get out. I thought it would break off easily but NO! I used additional wood glue I had on hand because I used up the glue that came with the product before it was completed. My overall view on this is, it's fine for my purpose. I'm using it to store sewing and knitting supplies. The work surface is to be used to layout patterns. Nothing heavy. I would definitely not use this for heavy work. I would not lean on it or sit on it. It is A-ok. ... show more

  • Love this desk!!
Pattern Name: Desk
This desk is amazing! I love putting furniture together so it was fine. I also personally think it came with enough glue. It was a little heavy for me but it was still fairly simple putting it together. I can’t even describe how happy I am. I was able to get rid of a bulky shelf I had and it’s given me organization and peace of mine in my living room. Love this! Totally worth the buy! ... show more
