This is a very nice cabinet. As you can see, pretty easy to put together as the manufacturer mentions on the website. The finished product is very nice. This is not the final spot for the cabinet, just where I built it. We are redoing our sitting room and We will be purchasing several more to give us the needed shelves and Closed to keep our cats from sitting on everything. I built this by myself and from unpacking, taking all the stupid Styrofoam out to the garbage as I unpacked so that the above mentioned cats would make a mess, to final pictures it took about 90 minutes. I take my time, read the directions, lay everything out all over the room and work a leisurely pace. It could probably be assembled in 30 minutes if you rush and run. I give this a 10/10 on appearance, 10/10 on easy of build and a 8/10 for size(I knew it wasn't the height I wanted but I can't find the right cabinet in the right height) Would recommend Will be purchasing again(Right Now) ... show more

Ordered 2 of these cabinets In the indigo or cobalt blue. After a 3 day delivery delay Boxes were ripped open and in sad shape when they were finally delivered. I was fully expecting both to be damaged beyond repair. Despite styrofoam packing being deteriorated cabinet pieces were undamaged. Even the glass doors were in mint condition. Assembly was smooth and all pieces were provided with a few extra included. Very sturdy when fully assembled. Only complaint is that with the recessed sliding doors there is about 3” less in shelf depth than dimensions indicate. Over all Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and plan on getting a third one. Just wish they had other sizes available. For the price I couldn’t be happier. ... show more

Why wait for it to go on sale? - it's absolutely beautiful, but for something so expensive, it's very wobbly and unstable. I used a power tool to go back and make sure everything was tightened. It wobbles from side to side and the backing is a very thin sheet of wood (or maybe cardboard?). Stability is especially important when you have fur babies and or human babies. There's a mechanism to stabilize it to the wall but it isn't enough. I'm currently looking for something I can screw onto the corners to improve the stability. Delivery - the Amazon guy left it outside my door but the issue is, this takes two people to carry inside. It was just me at home at the time so I propped my door open, lifted one end of it (with legs, never lift with your back), and shimmied the very edge of the box into my doorway. Then I opened it and carefully took each part out one by one. Assembly - I ended up doing it by myself. It's possible, you just need to read all of the directions first, lay out the parts in an organized way, and prep the area you want to set the bookcase in before you begin. ... show more

This bookcase lives up to the claims: it is easy to assemble (I did it by myself and parts of assembling were a trial, but I still managed to put it together!), It is beautiful when done and shows off your treasures nicely, it is sturdy enough for in-home use, but NOT in garage or other heavy duty detail, and the doors are adjustable to make sure the fit nicely, glide smoothly, and are level. I bought this item at a very discounted price but it is worth more than that! ... show more
