For a cheap novelty deck, these are just okay. I've had to wash them with soap and water 2x so far and each time they seem to collect grime more easily the next time. Bought KEM cards to replace these and they did the same. We live in a humid climate and these are kept in the enclosed class sunroom where it's shaded and cooled to at max 80 degrees. We do play cards a lot and must shuffle the decks many, many times. I loved the patriotic, vintage look but the grime is too much work to keep off. Yes, we wash our hands before playing and rarely eat while playing and then it is with a fork or with a wipe in hand. We may just go back to paper cards and replace the decks more often. I am thinking of buying one more time for the novelty of these for a family event later this year.

Five stars. These NIROZA American Pride playing cards look great, feel solid, and have held up through multiple games without any wear. They are bright, well printed, and feel like a premium plastic deck made for regular use. I bought this deck because I wanted something patriotic to bring to game nights and backyard poker sessions. Right out of the box the cards felt thicker and smoother than cheap paper decks. The shuffle is satisfying and the cards do not stick together, which makes dealing faster and cleaner. The artwork is classic and patriotic with clear motifs like the Statue of Liberty and the American flag, and the print quality is sharp so the images pop under indoor or outdoor lighting. Quality is the first thing I noticed. These are marketed as premium plastic, waterproof poker cards, and that matches my experience. The surface has a slick, slightly glossy finish that resists fingerprints and smudges. Because they are plastic they bend back into shape instead of creasing, so I am not worried about accidental spills or sweaty hands during long sessions.
