I bought these greeting cards to keep on hand for that last minute occasion when you need a gift but have no time to get one. This is especially handy for for those who don't have time to shop for gifts, and a great gift for those people for whom it can be difficult to shop (since, who doesn't love Amazon?). The promotional offer is pretty great because when I load the gift cards, I get the cost of the greeting cards back. If I had to buy a greeting card elsewhere, that would set me back at least $5 or more per card (plus I would have to spend for a gift, wrapper, ribbon, etc.). The 3 cards and envelopes come beautifully packaged in a box (though it was very slightly damaged when it arrived). Fortunately the cards themselves are of very good quality and each card/envelope is packed and protected individually in plastic. I especially like the paper used for the greeting cards, which is a textured off-white matte paper, but still sturdy and easy to write on. I would rate this product a 4.5/5, because I would like to see more designs and occasions, since I could use these greeting cards and gift cards for more than just birthdays. I am hoping Amazon will sell more greeting cards designs in the future. I will definitely purchase these again. ... show more

    • Convenience and flexibility
I used to love the flex cards which seem to be discontinued. Ordered these instead as they have a birthday card included. Flexibility of choosing amount to load along with a ready card to gift along makes it a must have. Always keep a stock of these. Would recommend !

This is the perfect all-in-one, one-stop-shopping birthday gift for anyone! I gifted one to a friend and then am holding the remaining two for upcoming birthdays later this fall. What a great way to take the stress out of shopping for gifts! Will definitely purchase again.

    • These cards are NOT RELOADABLE.
You can only load an amount to the card one time. This means that the promo currently offered by Amazon ($2 credit for loading at least $10) can only be earned one time per card. I found this detail to be (purposely?) unclear in the promotional description. Thus, earning the promotion on each of the 3 cards will earn you a total of $6, just enough to cover the cost of the cards. Not much of a promotion in my opinion. I wonder how many others like me were misled into buying these unremarkable cards. EDIT (1 day later): Amazon has now changed their misleading product description. The description now states that the cards are non-reloadable. Also, the "promotion" is no longer being advertised under "Today's Deals >> Gift Cards". ... show more

    • Decent card design, but don't want QR code on back of card
Nice textured paper. Wish they wouldn't put the QR code on back of card for activation; they already include a paper with the code on it. The serial number should suffice on the card if the paper is lost. Don't need to confuse/explain to recipient to ignore the QR code.
