Started wearing these style jeans this fall after wearing heavy Carhartt work pants at my job forever. Didn't really need such a heavy and expensive jean, and they were getting worn out in the wash. Tried these and they honestly feel like sweatpants, but look like jeans. There is no restriction or binding anywhere. Makes it easier to button. I've always worn suspenders to keep my pants where they're supposed to be. Belts don't work with my gut to fanny ratio. I wear them with these pants and its really nice and comfortable. At this point I honestly cant see going back to jeans at all. Same with dress pants. Mine have the incorporated elastic waist and its a lifesaver.     • Inconsistent sizing, way too long!

It's hard being a heavy yet short size that most stores don't carry. I ordered a 50x28 pair that ended up a bit too snug, so I thought I'd be safe with a 52x28. Since pants often don't come below 30 inseam, I love when I see a 28 or 29. I'm 5'8", plenty guys shorter than me that I wonder what they do, yet my short legs still manage to step on the hems of 30 pants all the time and the bottoms become frayed. Well, this new pair went from too small to WAY too big. With the pants buttoned in the normal spot on my waist/below belly, these didn't just hang a bit that I -might- step on them, like I do with the 30s. Nope, these went several inches past my leg so that they completely covered my feet and toes, completely stepping on them. I recently was sent the wrong size of a different brand so I double-checked all tags, labels, etc., and everything says it's 28 length for an inseam. The waist I think was right, I didn't leave it on long enough to see how it did as I immediately knew they were too long. I was hoping for some extra pants when I travel for the holidays this winter, but most are either being saved for losing a few pounds or sent back for being too big. Does no one actually make something in my current size? Disappointing and frustrating that this length would be so off. ... show more

After browsing Amazon for a new pair of jeans, all I found was over priced product, till I found these. The fit is excellent and the quality is spot on. The fabric has a little give to it,which I like to have when bending, etc. Have washed them a few times and color retention is no problem.
