I have been wearing a rigid neck brace since having cervical surgery 6 weeks ago. I was told I could use a soft/flexible support while in the house at the 6 week mark. This support is just right for while I'm just sitting in front of the TV, or sitting in front of my PC. The velcro is strong enough to stay put, but not so strong that my arthritic fingers can't open it (as in another model I tried). The material is some type of silk blend, or silk-like blend. It can be a little warm at some times, but not intolerable. Oh, it supports the front of your neck, but there is no support to keep your head from going backwards. It's ok for me because I will be using the rigid one when outdoors or driving, shopping, etc.

I have an "average" female neck ( measured) and no way would this go around it. Health wise, I could not physically return it. Fortunately, not much money. Since seller did nothing wrong, I'm just commenting on it being on small side.

I have struggled with neck pain for more than a decade and have even been to physio for it. An hour plus car ride or flight is guaranteed to leave me in pain, sometimes BAD pain. I've tried all sorts of massages, heat bags, pressure point objects, etc. I have the world's stupidest looking travel neck pillow because it's the only thing that works. I doubted the good reviews of this brace a little because it was such an inexpensive and low tech product, but it WAS actually that good. As soon as I put it on at home I felt relief. I look forward to wearing it on the plane and looking somewhat normal. 10/10 for the stylish colors and removable washable cover. Give us more colors please!! Maybe sets of just the covers in different colors? I'd buy it!

This neck collar is more comfortable than others I've used. It's less bulky and I like the gentle curve at the chin. The cover is smooth and breathable. Sometimes working at the computer for long periods causes neck fatigue and this provides just the right amount of support. It relieves the discomfort without being hot or feeling like my neck is being stretched. The velcro is strong and easy to adjust for a good fit.
