Very satisfied with my selection of these solar lanterns! They look like metal; have a lot of light; well made and durable; and make the end of our driveway look beautiful hanging on tall shepherd hooks! My neighbor likes to "copy" me and put out similar solar lights but they cannot compete with this lantern! My lanterns are 100 feet away from my house at the end of the driveway and the light from them is so orange/yellow and BIG that everyone can see them. The night time delivery trucks don't run over any of my plants anymore with these beauties glowing in the dark; puts off big light! Do you think I might like these lanterns just a little bit??? Buy them if looking for something nice.

I’ve only had these out for 2 weeks but so far I like them. I like the flame flicker look. Even though they’re plastic they look like real metal. 6 hours of charge and they’re good all night.

I bought these as decorations for my front door for Halloween, but since I've already got a few compliments on them, I'll probably just leave them there. These are so cute & surprisingly pretty bright. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because of the length of time they stay bright for. I do realize that because I live in Minnesota & winter has already begun, that we tend to get less day light now for them to charge. I work 6am-6pm five days a week and usually move these into a sunny spot before I leave for work in the morning so they can charge in the sun. On average, I'd say they stay lit for about 3-4 hours a night. Sometimes a little shorter. On the other hand, the flickering looks great, they're super cute as fall decorations and I got them for a great price! As far as weather proof goes, it has already snowed once so far & they seem to be holding up just fine in the cold weather. I've only had them about a month so far so I guess time will tell. (:
