  • MOON & DAYTIME VIEWING OPTICS (PLANETS APPEAR AS SMALL POINTS OF LIGHT): 70mm aperture refractor telescope with 400mm focal length (f/5.7) and fully multi-coated optics delivers clear views of the Moon's craters and works well for terrestrial/daytime viewing. As an entry-level 70mm scope, don't expect large, detailed views of planets like Jupiter they will appear as small bright points, which is normal for this aperture size.
  • VERSATILE MAGNIFICATION ALIGN YOUR FINDERSCOPE FIRST: Includes 20mm and 10mm eyepieces plus a 3x Barlow lens for an 18X-120X range; for the most comfortable everyday views, use the 10mm/20mm eyepieces alone (40X/20X), and add the Barlow lens with the included correcting mirror for higher-power Moon viewing. Before your first session, align the 5x24 finderscope's crosshair with the main tube's view to make locating objects fast and accurate.
  • SMARTPHONE MOON PHOTOS, STEP BY STEP: Universal phone adapter and wireless remote let you view and capture Moon photos with your iOS/Android phone. For the sharpest results: focus and center the Moon in the eyepiece first, then align your phone's camera lens directly over the eyepiece, and use the wireless remote (not your touchscreen) to shoot without shaking the setup. Photo quality varies by phone model this kit is designed for casual astrophotography practice, not professional results.
  • LIGHTWEIGHT TRAVEL TRIPOD, 60160.5cm (23.663.2in) USE ON FIRM, LEVEL GROUND FOR BEST STABILITY: Aluminum tripod with multi-angle positioning and quick-release breakdown for easy travel. Hand-tighten (don't over-torque) the height/angle knobs, avoid windy conditions, and avoid attaching your phone at full height extension.
  • COMPLETE STARTER KIT SEE INCLUDED USER MANUAL FOR FULL SETUP GUIDE: Includes 70mm400mm telescope, aluminum tripod, finderscope, zenith mirror, MA 10mm and 20mm eyepieces, 3x Barlow lens, 1.5x erecting eyepiece, phone adapter, wireless remote, and carry bag.

Very disappointed with this telescope. The image quality was poor, especially when trying to use the higher magnification settings. It was difficult to get a clear focus, and even simple viewing sessions became frustrating. The tripod felt flimsy and shaky, making it hard to keep objects centered. The smartphone adapter was also difficult to use and didn't line up properly with my camera. Overall, the telescope felt cheaply made and did not perform as advertised. I would not recommend this product and regret purchasing it. ... show more

    • A nice gift for my husband
My main issue is installing the telescope to the tripod as the instructions aren't clear on this. However my husband thinks it's value for the price and the weight and size is perfect for him

    • Good starter set for older kids
Good value purchase. Does what it’s intended to do. Great for beginners, though would need more details on the manual for those who need help in assembling them for the first time. Lightweight and size is just right as a starter kit with good quality lenses included.

    • Poor quality
After assembling these two lenses, the image quality was very poor and not sharp enough. The support was also not stable enough, making it extremely poor value for money. There's a reason it's cheap.
