I purchased 2 of these covers 2 years ago. They seem well made and looked great. I had recently purchased some Adirondack chairs and wanted to protect them during the "harsh" So. Calif. Weather. Because of the mild climate here, I only needed them on my chairs from maybe Nov through March. These chairs are under a large tree and always in the shade, and as you probably know we get very little rain so I just wanted them protected from a bit of water and dirt. These covers did a great job for the first year and most of the second but as I pulled them out to cover them for the third year, I noticed tears in the canvas. I thought really, in So. Calif? I really do like them but my caution to you is, if you live anywhere with weather harsher than So. Calif, they may not last more than a couple of years.

These are on the larger side . We ordered these based on our chair measurements ,we have swivel rockers, even tho they were meant for stacking chairs. They hung low ,dragging the deck ,I trimmed the lower part (Dark Brown ) off ,now they just barely touch the deck. I would have liked them to be a little on the thinner ,more fold-able side ,just to make handling and storage a bit easier. That is me being lazy ,that's all. We use these on a daily basis, just to protect our new chairs from UV rays when not in use and will use them for winter storage also. You never really know what you are going to get on line without the touchy-feely hands on option. Rest assured that these will not disappoint you.

I purchased one set (2 covers) to cover two chairs that would not tuck under the larger patio table cover properly. I searched numerous products and companies to find the right match without breaking the bank and still wasn’t sure this was going to work. I cross my fingers and ordered them. These are all-around great. I may purchase an additional 2 sets to cover all our chairs and consider the other styles from this line for our other outdoor furniture. PROS: {{HIGH QUALITY}} I was seriously surprised. I wasn’t sure what to expect especially when purchasing online based on product descriptions. Seams are well sown and tight. The fabric is heavy duty. {{DETAILS}} There are clips to hold the covers to the chairs and fabric loop handles to help grab the cover as you’re positioning it on and off the chair. There is also a cord around the base to pull the fabric taut. {{SIZE}} We have large, swivel, higher back dining chairs that do not look like any of the styles used to demonstrate the size of the cover. I was concerned that they wouldn’t fit and if so, what was I going to do? Try to fold the covers into their tight little box and send them back. No thanks. But, these covers are very spacious and fit perfectly – actually with some space still available meaning the cover is not pulling or too tight on the chair. {{EASY TO USE}} Very easy to pull on and off the chairs. The covers have a large opening at the bottom, which makes it easy to slip over any chair. {{STAYS ON}} We need something that works in all 4-seasons that endures rain, sleet, winds, crazy winds, storms, etc. These covers do not come off, nor do they really move much. CONS: {{COLOR}} I would have preferred a darker color so that dirt and other coloration would be less obvious. All in all, great product.

I just received these today and put them on my high-back patio chairs. So, this review is more of a first impression review. The covers were well packaged. When I pulled one out, I immediately noticed how heavy the material felt. I also noticed that the material definitely felt resistant to water getting through to the furniture, My bigger concern is actually sun damage, though. I live in a very hot, dry climate. These covers feel as if they will do a good job of protecting from sun damage. These covers fit my chairs so well. The bottoms sit just above the patio, similar to what is shown in the ad pictures. They look nice, as well. My first impressions are very positive. If something occurs to lead me to feel otherwise, I will do a follow up to my review.

Amazon Basics outdoor furniture covers are the best value to be found. I started buying them last year. First bought the love seat and two chairs. Very high quality and with the fasteners secured lasted through many storms and wind. Next I purchased the recliner cover and the cover for a table with four chairs. They were great. Kept everything clean and dry all winter- and we had the wettest winter on record in the Pacific Northwest. I just bought covers for four more chairs. They are the best! I've had many others that got crisp, cracked, ripped, etc. These are tough! Am VERY satisfied.

Yes, you read that right - an F-2 tornado hit my house with significant damage to my house and neighborhood. The 130 MPH winds and rain swirling around my home moved the furniture in all different directions however, it was clean and dry!!! Now if the tornado had picked up the furniture I expect there would have been a different result. I love these covers. They fit perfectly and the straps on each corner keep the covers in place. I had 2 significant rain storms in addition to the tornado and the rain did not pool on the covers and the cushions were dry each time. I read a few reviews that they last about a year before they start to break down. If that is the case, the cost is low enough I would buy them again.

Amazing quality. Added photos of my 18mo old covers, now going into to their 2nd hot summer (and beyond) straps still secure and intact. No tears or holes. I couldn’t find an A.B. product to fit my large high-back sofa so I had to go with the (namebrand expensive) DUCK cover as it was the only one that would fit. If you look at my pictures you’ll see the black duct tape all over the DUCK cover...huge waste of money. That sucker started tearing two months after I got it. Just goes to show you that Amazon Basics are the smart way to go on a lot of products!
