Wow, LOVE this cart with a flat top! But, the top, while snug, will separate from the cart if you happen to press on either long side or place something anywhere but deadcenter. 'Nearly threw me down when I went to move and my hand pressed on a corner - the tray just flipped up in the air. So can I glue it, drill teeny holes and put a paper clip wire through? (grrrr). Other than that, it's just what I'd pined for except the top is more than a little higher than I'd like when using it as an eating table. (Still love the thing.) ... show more

It’s do it yourself put it all together kinda thing but it’s easy. It comes with little tool to help you tighten screws and knobs. But you could use ur own screw drivers cause it’s kinda small to maneuver specially when you have big hands.

Did not come with building instructions, so building took longer than it should have. Several parts did not go together easily and I needed to use lubricant spray to help a screw go into the pole and even then it didn’t work 100%. Top is flimsier than I’d hoped. Great rolling tray but I wish the top level didn’t just pop off the frame so easily. I’ve made a couple messes because I forget that if I pull it over by using the top part, it will likely pop off and everything goes flying. I just need to glue it down so it is secure.
