Great tree for the price!! I received a 7.5 ft tree instead of 7ft but it was a pleasant surprise and worked out great. Takes a while to fluff but it turned out really nice and full looking. The remote control and multiple light settings are a great plus.

am extremely disappointed with this Christmas tree. The product they advertised on their website looked full, lush, and beautifully lit, nothing like what I received. The tree I got is sparse, poorly constructed, and looks cheap. You can clearly see the light cords everywhere, and each branch has only three tiny lights, which makes the whole tree look dim and patchy. The branches are flimsy and don’t fluff out enough to hide the gaps, no matter how much time you spend adjusting them. The overall quality is terrible, absolutely not worth the price, and definitely nothing like the photos they used to promote it. This was supposed to be the centerpiece of my holiday décor, and instead it looks like a bargain bin tree that barely lights up. False advertising at its finest. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually delivers what they promise.

Beautiful Christmas tree. It is 7.5 feet tall, it was very easy to assemble, and it comes with a manual that explains everything step by step. I opened the branches slowly and was able to make it look full. I recommend it. I love it.

When I first pulled the tree out of the box, I was a little disappointed because the pine needles are very shiny...I wasn't sure if they were going to look good or not. Once I finally got it put together and fluffed with the lights well placed it looks much, much better. I included a close-up of the branches because I wanted you to have a realistic view. Once we finally got the tree all fluffed and the lights all situated, it is a nice looking tree, but it was a ton of work to make it look good. Fluffing the tree was a bit of a headache because whoever put the lights on it strung them a little too tight. Some branches had a ton of lights and others had very little. The bottom section was lit well and well spaced. It was actually easy to fluff and make it look nice, but each level got more difficult as it went up. The middle layer was not too hard but the top layer was a bit more difficult because the wires were twisted up a little too tight. It took me a few minutes to get the top layer of wires loosened, but once we got it done it was beautiful. It was actually very easy to assemble, you just place each layer in the center pipe and it goes in really easy. The LED lights have the special LED connectors, that not only slide in place, but also have an outer ring that slides down and twist into place to prevent it from coming unplugged. Each branch is connected by a hinge, so they do not come off they just pull down into place and then need to be fluffed. It appears to be sturdy and well made. It does not wobble at all and it is well balanced, so I don't think it will ever tip over or anything like that. I gave it four stars because it is a pretty tree, but it was a lot of work to get the top layer to look good. Next year it will be much easier, because of the way it is designed and I've already got the wires from the lights loosened up. Edit: Customer service contacted me right after my original post and offered to send me a pack of ball-shaped tree ornaments because I had a hard time with the wires. I really appreciated their message. It sounds like they really cared about what I had to say and that they are going to make every effort to have their assembly team correct this error, and make sure they know to keep enough slack in the wires that the customers can pull down the branches into place and fluff the tree without a lot of hassle. I really appreciated them contacting me and letting me know how much they care and their willingness to listen to their customers and make improvements.
