Loud, just like any hand dryer - fine for a public bathroom in an already-noisy area. We bought three of these for our restaurant. One went into the men's bathroom, one in the women's bathroom and one for the office bathroom. Overall, the product works very well and does what it says it will. I knew going in that these would be loud and they're just as loud as any other hand dryer on the market, so no stars can be taken off there. Alpine is an unknown brand but feels as well-built and work as well like any comparable $600 Excel dryer, and at $275 each, we'll be buying more of them. If you're converting from paper towels to hand dryers, make sure you get enough so people aren't waiting to use it. If you already have hand dryers and are getting more, have no fear in buying these units. They're a great addition to any business.

It keeps running, but it doesn't stop. It has 5 yrs warranty, I hope I can get a response from the manufacturer to send me a replacement or replacement parts. The manual said that it maybe something wrong with the sensor or the program board. I went ahead buy another one because it is used in my restaurant bathroom. If I ever get the replacement parts, then I will have a spare next time.

After i purchased this product ...it stopped working after less than one year. I did contacted Shabsi Goldberger Sales Manager at Alpine Industries, INC. 27 Selvage St., Irvington, NJ 07111, USA He did offered to fix it it (shipped at them or sending me the parts ) I opt for the second choice. I did replace the parts and is working fine.Great customer service (rare in this days).Thank you Shalbi !

We installed these they worked for one day and then won’t turn on again after the first day . Very bummed . Amazon wouldn’t return because we were past the cut off date .I ordered them ahead if time so electrician would have them .. so by the time they went up .. to late to return 30 days .. they said I’ll I could do is leave a review so here it is .

I order 3 units and installed 2 of them right away. The very next day 1 unit stopped working and I had to remove it and install the other one. I am waiting to get my refund from Amazon and than reorder another one to replace the defective unit.
