This is a great vest for the price. You will need to order at least 1 size up. I wear a large (44/46 chest) and I followed the size chart and rounded up and ordered a 2x and it fits great. Just a little big, but that's fine as I wear a hoodie underneath. You can lace it up, but as a fall/cold weather vest, I don't want the gaps needed if I ordered just an XL. The vest does not have any padding or insulation so its great for summer/warmer weather riding, but the fall/cold, you will need to wear something underneath. Plenty of pockets on it too. The inside pockets are nice and big, the side pockets and zippers work great to secure things, the front pockets are the perfect size for a phone, glasses and even a bottle of beer!. The stitching looks good, the material is of good looking quality and looks like it will last. For under $30, you cant go wrong. I bought this vest in size small and size large for my husband and I to use as part of our KISS costumes. The vests are real leather. The quality is much better than I expected, especially for the price. I added rhinestones to the vests and they were perfect for our costumes.

I read the reviews and decided to buy 2 sizes up. That was WAY too big! I usually wear 2xl to be comfortable in the shoulders, so I ended up with 3xl in this vest. The fit is perfect! The zippers are nice but the eyelets for the lace sides is a little cheap. They're fine right now, but I'm assuming they will eventually come off. This leather is STIFF!!!! Holy cow! I've liberally rubbed leather conditioner into it so we'll see how it goes, but I expect it to take a lot of wear to soften up. Not a deal breaker by any means, but just unexpected. Was surprised at the quality for the price. Sizing worked for me but would recommend sizing up one size if you are broad shouldered or have a few extra pounds around the waist. This item arrived too late so I went with another item but I would purchase this again.

We chose this one for its affordability and it's conceal carry pocket. While it is a thin material and runs a little small it works well for my husband. Considering what a leather vest would've cost us anywhere else it gets the job done!

    • Great Product But some Quality Control issues on some items packaged for shipment.

After I ordered a large and it showed up in perfect shape and condition and was happy with the design and fit, I placed a follow up order in Medium for the next body to get one and it just showed up. Upon opening the plastic packaging, I immediately felt a sticky tacky residue. Upon further investigation I noticed that the entire vest appears to have a white mildew showing up all over the vest. Not happy with this as I know exactly what that is I am not new to leather or its imitators. Hopefully the replacement shows up in better shape and condition with no further issues. ... show more
