These wipes will absolutely remove waterproof makeup, but OMG the amount of oil left behind! It was like using an olive oil face mask! I was looking for a step up from my Neutrogena wipes, which these work better for removing makeup, but the oily residue is too much for me. These could be great for someone who wants waterproof removing power, and oil for dry skin. I'm in Florida....nothing is dry here. ... show more

Apparently Almay has changed the formulation of this (the original) product & reviews I’ve read are mostly negative. I’ve been using the original for forever so was very happy to find through you. I hope you can maintain a supply of the original.

    • Oils, so many oils
This product is actually really good for getting makeup off. It is the oil residue left behind that’s the problem. I already have oily skin and I understand it was for moisturizing purposes, but so much oil. I always wash my face thoroughly after using.
