I really enjoy this brand. Their dresses are overall better quality than others on Amazon. I was nervous about this dress because it's a very different structure than what I usually buy, but I have 0 regrets. This dress fit perfectly and looked adorable. I got so many compliments at work and everyone was surprised it was from amazon. someone even asked me for the link so they could buy it for themselves. I am 5'1" so this dress fit right below the knee for me. I was planning on wearing it with nude pointy heels anyway though so it looked very elegant. another great plus for me is that I bike every day so this dress was kind of perfect for that. I had my heels in my backpack and was able to wear biker shorts under the dress as well as tuck the dress around my thighs and it didn't wrinkle! the only con is that I didn't wash it before wearing so it was a bit static-y (but I ran a wet towel over it and it was fine) and the dress is not lined so I did wear a skirt slip with it. but it is not see-through or anything like that :) the only thing that could have made this dress better is pockets.

Overall, this dress is cute idea, it just didn't quite fit me right. Why I returned it: - The top half was quite baggy and felt dated. - I ordered the green, and the pattern is overwhelming - more so than in the picture. - As others have mentioned, the fabric is clingy, and I didn't want to have to worry about that at all day. Other info: - The mock collar is very cute! - It hit me right above the knee (I am 5'5") - Sleeve length was good - I didn't feel the green color was see-through. Could have gotten away without a slip.

I have fallen in love with Allegra dresses. I order a size 10 or M and they have yet to disappoint or fail to fit. I wear a 10 in dresses mainly but because of my hips, if the dress is fitted- I'll get a 12 which results in the dress being too roomy up top. This dress has a beautiful fall and flow. I am 5'6 without heels and the dress falls slightly below my knees. It isn't fitted at the bottom which is perfect for a 38, 30, 39 shape like mine! It is also a dress for a range of ages. I am 36 and doesn't it look too youthful at all. I have ordered this dress in every color!
