I have wider feet, and finding comfortable walking shoes can be a real challenge. I decided to go ahead and order a size up, as recommended by Allbird, and I’m thrilled with the results! These shoes are incredibly comfortable and look great too. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the tread on the bottom of the shoe. It’s a bit thin and shallow, and I’ve already noticed that certain spots of the tread are wearing down after just a couple of months. I’m not sure if they’ll last the whole year without losing all their traction, which is a bit disappointing considering the price. I’d have to deduct a star for that.

These shoes are lightweight and flexible. The outer fabric is nice and breathable. And it seems like it wouldn't have enough grip due to the tread pattern but I have not had an issue walking indoors on tile. The disappointment is the way the tongue is stitched together. It has rough edges that are overlapped and you need to adjust them to get it to feel comfortable. I would have given it five stars but the way it's designed it hurts the top of my feet during long periods of using them. I run a size 10 so I ordered that and they fit just fine. I also feel that these are expensive for the type of product it is. I assume you're just paying for the name. There are better products on the market. The style is okay, they seem to resemble older shoes.

I bought a pair of this same shoe a few years ago when the company first started getting popular. I just got a new pair and they're not really the same. Material and comfort wise they seem ok but the new one seem to have a smaller width tongue size than the original. It's a little strange because the width is so small it barely fits. It's close to the original but not exactly and annoyingly so. It kind of makes your foot look super fat because the laces are cut so low and the tongue barely reaches across all the way. The original has a way better fit and feels like a normal shoe. These feel like maybe they're trying to shave off a cm here and there to save a few pennies on production costs. I'd rather a more expensive shoe that isn't strangely cut. Wouldn't buy these again. Update: These are just awful. I've bought a different pair of shoes because these just aren't wearable. Besides being uncomfortable they look ridiculous because the cut isn't right. Don't waste your money.
