I've never been one to own much makeup and really wouldn't know what to get. Diving in with a really broad survey of the options, like you get with this kit, is a great way to break the ice! It comes with the primer and concealer and foundation needed for a pale or pink complexion (especially for someone who still gets acne and needs to cover up the blemishes). It has powder and highlighters, plus finishing powder, and a variety of sponges and brushes. For the eyebrows, they've got stencils, pencils and a multi-line pencil for shaping and filling in gaps. For the eyes, they have liner, mascara, lash curlers and a bunch of eyeshadow (mostly red, brown, pink and beige shades, some sparkly and some outright glitter). For the lips, they have a bunch of gloss and lipstick. The kit comes with a variety of brands, and each item is individually packaged with the ingredients and instructions for that product, which I find very valuable. There's nothing in the kit that seems like it's weak or low quality, although I'm sure it's all fairly inexpensive. Altogether, I am very happy with this whole set! I get to try different tools and makeup types, without standing paralyzed in the makeup aisle of a store in bewilderment as to what to get. Lots of fun already and I look forward to lots more with this really generous kit!

This box has a huge variety of items that includes basically everything makeup. But there is nothing name brand and the colors included (including foundation) may not work for you. Generally, you would be better off purchasing these items separately to get exactly what matches your coloring and preferences. That being said, if you're just looking to try things out and play around, this is certainly an inexpensive way to get lots of tools, including eyelash curler, blenders, brushes, mascara & eyeliner, and get started. The standouts of this kit, for me, are the color correcting palette (though I wish it were just the color correcting and not all the other colors, 95% of which will not work for any single user), the cute tiny brush set, and the mini lip glosses. Biggest disappointments were that the instructions, brand names, and descriptions are just plain embarrassingly indecipherable. What is isolation cream? Because of this glaring issue, I cannot gift this box to anyone without advertising it was a cheap investment from me. Also, one of the most beautiful eyeshadow palettes is ruined by one eyeshadow that seems to have been balls of color suspended in gloss. That gloss has run all over the palette, as you can see in my picture, and I see it in the other pics posted by other recipients. Though I'm intrigued by what it was supposed to be, it's a big messy fail. And all the foundation colors which are really a crap-shoot coming in a box like this. And the repetitive endless brown tones of most of the eyeshadows. I suppose a quantity of items may be useful to some, but I'm general I think you'd be better off curating a box for yourself with individual items you've found and love.

This is actually really amazing how much they got into this box. It's an adventure itself unpacking things out of it. It really does have everything makeup wise. Concealer, foundation, setting powder, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow, lipstick and gloss, blush contour, brushes, sponges, eyelash curler, and even eyebrow stencils it's all in there! It's also all travel friendly. It's not a lot of product probably 1-2 oz per product. It's not really a name brand. It's also no option to choose colors so don't think that every color you would want is in here. It's more nude colors and a few fun colors. Also the fountain and stuff is not made for every shade. But it does include the colors of red green etc. to mix your own color to fix it. That's a little more complex but if you know how to do it the option is there. It's a nice set for someone just getting into the makeup and trying to learn how to do it well. Before buying more expensive better products. It's a nice gift set.

This is just such an amazing starter kit, it has everything and anything you'd need. It even comes with tools like an eyelash curler, sponges, brushes, and eyebrow stencils. Everything is so well packaged, it would make a great gift. Such a bargain, you could easily pay more for a single eyeshadow palette.

This makeup kit arrived in a very basic box without any makeup bag to keep tue products organized in one place after opening the kit. There are so many products included in this kit from brushes, eyeshadows, bronzer and highlighter, lip oils and lipsticks, eyeliners and brow products and many more. You have a few shades of concealer and foundations as well but might not be the best match shade for everyone. The quality is okay but nothing special but I think itβs a good set for beginners to start with.

WOW! This box was filled in every corner. I love everything inside of the box! The eyeshadows are gorgeous and have great pigmentation and same with the lipsticks. The eyeliners glides on and the mascaras aren't clumpy. I really love the overall presentation and variety of products. This is a perfect gift for someone who loves makeup, is a pro at it or is a beginner. It's also great if you just want to explore other brands.
