The bag was unpacked and I was pleased to see it was everything I was hoping it will be. I am able to carry multiple laptops, tablets, etc. With this I can additionally carry books and supplies. It's carry capacity makes for a very heavy bag. But it so far has very sturdy straps and support. The cushions are nice as well. Gives me a sense of security that my devices will not be banged up during transport. Great job alienware. #1 in my book.

Great for lastest M16, Not for Alienware 17 R4 Or large Asus ROG laptops I bought this Alienware backpack for my M16 and 17 R4 laptops. It’s stylish with useful pockets, but it's a tight fit for the 17 R4, making it hard to zip and offering less protection. Perfect for smaller laptops like the M16, but I wouldn’t recommend it for larger models. Also I would like it to have some rain protected zipper but it just have normal zipp without a cap or sealing cover.

Bought this bag with a M18 R1 laptop directly from Alienware/Dell. People have always had a love hate relationship with Alienware products, however, 3 laptops 3 laptop bags +1 sleeve and every bag has been AMAZING! Whoever is in charge of designing and making them are at the top of their game. Lots of pockets, lots of room, extremely high quality, everything you want when carrying around you expensive machine. Catch it on sale for $109 along with many video reviews of it and there's really no reason left to not buy it.

After receiving my laptop bag, I carefully insert my cooling pad and Alienware M16 laptop. Swing the right strap over my shoulder and then it happened... The right strap was stitched on so terribly that it ripped right off its seam. I initiate a refund to this $144 expensive bag and promptly ship it off. 5 days later... I was awarded an $11 refund with the seller rudely stating that it was man-made damage. I replied. 'Ship me back my bag. I'll use it as a trash can' I'm still waiting for my damaged bag... I'd suggest purchasing the Legion laptop bag. Extremely well made and not one issue so far.
