The media could not be loaded. This Dream on Me mini crib is beautiful! The white crib was not too difficult to put together. It took about 20 minutes to put it together. This crib is adjustable - you can adjust the height of the crib mattress base (that holds a mattress) to make it higher (for infants) and lower for babies that are starting to pull up. This takes a mini crib mattress (not included). I love everything about this crib. You can purchase a conversion kit to convert this into a day bed or twin bed (see pictures). This was pretty easy to assemble and looks so cute! It comes with a pad then you put your mattress on top of it or you can take it out. I haven’t done the other grow into styles yet but when that time comes, I’ll update this. It’s modern and chic looking and doesn’t take up that much space.

We got this on sale and the crib came with a chip in a weird spot. Its not a paint chip, the "wood" is actually chipped. I contacted the company and after some back and forth they offered to send us child safe paint. We used wood filler to level it out and waited for the paint. When we received the paint it was leaking in the mailer bag but there was still a useable amount, however, the paint did not match. I wish they would have sent enough paint for us to paint the entire back panel so it matches. I wish we would have saved the box so we can return it but we didn't because we believed the company would remedy the situation. If they would have sent enough paint I probably would have given a better review. edit: we covered the back panel with a roll of peel and stick wallpaper and are much happier with the product. ... show more

My little one graduated to this mini crib from our bedside bassinet. It's a gorgeous crib and it was fairly easy to assemble. It took me and my husband about 40 minutes to assemble it. A few things I did not like about this is that the base of the crib is a solid piece of wood with unfinished edges. It's hard to explain without showing pictures but in a way that it looked like it was white washed with a primer of some sort and the edges aren't smooth. When assembled, the edges look a bit awkward which is obvious as it is seen through the slats. Also, my gripe with the solid base is that it offers less breathability, unlike a full size crib which we got from Ikea, the base is designed with a wooden frame with durable mesh material in the middle which allows for breathability. My baby who is just learning to roll always ends up sleeping on it's face. It worries me a lot but it helps that we have a Newton mattress for both our full size and this mini crib. I could not let my baby sleep in this mini crib right away because there was odor emitting from it which smelled of paint, and it was very strong. We've been airing out the crib for a week now and the odor is just starting to fade. Also, there was a crack in the wood on one of the front pieces. My husband told me that he could fix it, but still, I'm bummed that it came that way. Anyone who would receive this as a gift or bought this crib for their first baby would feel the same about these issues. And lastly, as much as I love the design, I am unable to attach my baby's mobile to the side walls because it is curved and with a small section of it being flat, the mobile ends up off-centered. The mobile we use requires being attached through slats or bars of a crib and is not compatible with solid ends. And yes, the front panel of the crib may seem perfect for it, but the reason we don't place it there is because there is limited space (as opposed to a full size crib) and it gets in the way when we walk up to the crib or try to put our baby down to sleep which any parent might know is a very tricky situation, especially if you have a baby that is sensitive toward being put down. I found myself banging into the mobile and working my way around it while holding my baby. I quickly said, "nope, this won't work". So....I can't use the mobile anywhere on this mini crib. Other than these issues, I like the sturdiness of the crib. I like that it can convert into a day bed and later on be used as a head and foot board for a twin bed but the convertor parts are not included for those so just keep that in mind. With everything assembled out of the box, you have the option of using this as a crib and a daybed with no additional parts required. ... show more

If space is a premium, this is a good crib to consider. Well made, stable and looks durable. We've used other Dream On Me products, and this one is no exception to their usual quality. It goes together easily and looks good when done. The exception to this is the mattress board. Looks rough compared to the rest of the build. Plan on getting a skirt to go underneath the mattress otherwise it's unsightly. Overall, a good mini crib and the price is right compared to full-size cribs. ... show more

Love this adorable crib! All the parts were quality and flawless. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The end result is a sturdy crib with the ability to grow with your child when adding the kit to make this into a twin bed. The only fault I have with it is the inadequate super thin mattress. Better to just leave that out since you really will need to buy a decent mattress. ... show more
