The sleeves has a wide polka-dot cuff, that compliments the wide cuffs in my pants. The front, buttons up and then leaves a V shape with a wide collar to lay just right over any blazer. This blouse is, WooWee, elegant and chic. I made a plaid, wool 2pc pantsuit with wide cuff legs in a Navy, and the plaids are royal, silver and lt blue. I was surprised by the quality of this shirt. For the price I was prepared for there to be some minor defects in the stitching and for the fabric to be on the thinner side, but that was not the case. The shirt fits perfectly and the darts give it a neater, more fitted, more flattering appearance, but it is still loose enough in the shoulders, bust and arms to be comfortable. It is also actually long enough in the sleeves and body so it will stay tucked in. I have tried some other shirts made in China and find that the sleeves are usually a bit short on me, so this shirt was a nice surprise in that regard.
