This dress was gorgeous - I tried on quite a few dresses and this one did the best job of accentuating my curves in a nice, subtle manner while also hiding the flaws (tummy mostly). I really loved how I looked in this dress, but there are two things you need to be aware of with this particular dress (in smoke glitter): first, I only had the dress on for about 10 minutes and we were cleaning up glitter in both the bedroom and bathroom (where the mirror is) for a bit. Probably because of the glitter, the dress is also a tad itchy. This probably wouldn't be noticeable for most people but I have very sensitive skin and I knew that itch was going to cause me issues if I stayed in the dress. This dress in a non-sparkly fabric would be AMAZING!!!

I originally ordered a dress from a major department store. 3 days before the event, I ordered this one from Amazon and it arrived the next day thanks to Prime membership. It is the easiest formal gown I have ever worn, comfortable, flattering, and elegant all at the same time. I felt confident, a little sexy (for an older lady), and happy the whole night and not just due to the event's theme. Highly recommend. Couldn't be happier about this purchase!

Cut heavy material not cheap or chintzy Sometimes with these kind of arms baseball weird this one looked perfect. There’s a long slit in the leg, so if you’re modest, you might not like that. I am 5’ 4” 180 lbs and recently gained 25 lbs so my midsection is rather thick. I’m a 38D. The sizing chart said to get a 16 but a 14 would’ve fit. It’s a bit loose but doable for the event and it will honestly be a little more comfortable. I ordered 5 other dresses and had to return them all. This was a keeper - very flattering and amazing material.
