I was invited to a black tie wedding. I had already visited two dept stores with no luck on finding anything for a petite. I am 5ft and 150 lbs. I am a slightly bottom heavy w/a little belly. When I tried on the dress, it fit wonderfully, even minimizing my stomach. Out of the package and in my barefoot, the length is about an inch on the floor. I have determined it will need to be hemmed about 3.5-4 inches to avoid it dragging on my shoes which will have a 2.5 inch heel. Other than that, the color and cut are beautiful and is comfortable w/ stretch for dancing and sitting.
