Daughter sent me for Mother's Day! I put it on at the table and all of a sudden after reaching for a pen the turtle broke off at the top. Apparently not soldered properly. I was crushed and did not have a receipt as a gift. They are mailed in a small clear plastic sleeve and place in a bubble bag! Not sure if it was damaged from mailing or just made poorly. I doubt the latter as I have other Alex and Ani she has given me and I have worn for years. ANYWAY ... as a result I ordered a new one and hopefully can wear it when she comes to visit and it does not fall apart! Very unhappy about this situation I found myself in but will not upset my daughter and what she tried to do as the turtle represents life and new beginnings and my husband of 40 years passed away and this was first Mother's Day since his passing! ... show more

This was a gift for my daughter who loves turtles. The bracelet is cute, but mine was missing one of the little charms as pictured. Also the packaging could have been A little better, at least a box.

Purchased this cute turtle bangle early in the year for my bday. Finally started wearing it this summer. Extremely disappointed in the quality. This may be a knockoff. Horribly tarnished! I love love love Alex and Ani bangles but this one was a waste of my money.

Cute bracelet but only came in a sealed bag with a card, and its missing the charity by design charm (square shaped) on the bracelet as pictured. Otherwise the bracelet is lovely and I love that the turtle is 3 dimensional so he is detailed on the backside as well.

My daughter asked for this for Christmas.... It's her first, and she wears it all the time. I've noticed that not all of A & A designs are as cute up close as they are in photograph, bu this was definitely NOT the case with this turtle design. She is one happy teenager!

I bought the turtle bracelet simply because I love turtles!! It fits perfectly which was a concern of mine. It is a little on the pricey side but I do like it so i mean it was worth it. Also comes in a nice package which is able to be wrapped and gifted if desired.
