Our kids (and their cousins) now ask for these specifically. Very shiny and high quality. A bit ironic that the embossing appears to be a Kennedy 50-cent piece (which is NOT gold colored IRL). But who cares? They're chocolate and much more realistic than most other options.

Pricey but yummy. Much better chocolate than usual in foil coins. However, the coins looked a little rough around the edges; not a very pretty presentation; maybe because the creamier chocolate doesn’t keep the foil from getting a bit bent.

I was excited to buy these for my class to enjoy while we read and watched Treasure Island. The packaging was great, I couldn't see any melting, and the coin shape and size was perfect. When my students and I opened the individual coins they were very discolored. At first I thought they were white chocolate because of the discoloration, but then I tried one and it definitely didn't taste like the milk chocolate described.
