Smells almost identical to Tom Ford Neroli Portifino. It's a little heavier smelling at first, but the dry down is identical. I gave it 5 stars because it's very high quality but I guess I'm just not a floral kind of guy.

I received this fragrance today and I agree with many of the reviews out there, this smells BETTER than Neroli Portifino by Tom Ford! I have a sample of Tom Ford NP that I received when I purchased Layton by PDM. Figured I'd do a comparison of the two and the Tom Ford opens with quite a sour smell. It's not *bad* but I could do with out it. The neroli canvas does not have the sour opening and the dry down smells exactly the same! This is seriously an incredible fragrance to pick up if you want something aquatic/fresh for the spring and summer (or any season who cares you bought it). Al Haramain comes out with extremely impressive clone fragrances and will remain one of my favorite brands. ... show more

I have been purchasing this for more than 5 years. Besides it's wonderful scent, it has an incredibly elegant pouch inside the beautiful box. I purchased two this time, one for me and another for a gift. I was so shocked that the pouch inside was totally falling to pieces and the scent smelled inside the box as if it had leaked some of the cologne. I checked the other box, same thing. I am glad I checked it because I would have felt very embarrassed to give it to my brother as gift for his birthday. I have recently heard that this particular product is going out the market. Don't believe the negative reviews!!!! This is beyond beautiful. I could actually smell it before I opened the package. But once I sprayed it..i almost had no words. This stuff is next level.
