I loved the look of these barefoot zero drop shoes. I have a few similar type shoes and love them. The things I noticed with this one is that the the top lace area sits lower on your food so even when loosely ties it seems to be tight at the top. The major thing I didn’t like is the tongue seems to sit too far back and I felt like it was really pushing back into the front of my ankle too much and was uncomfortable. I think this is an easy fix if the tongue was shorter or something like that. These look cute, and although they do flare quite a bit at the toe and a little bit more of the clown shoe shape I try to avoid the toe box is comfortable and my toes felt free. The shoe is on the heavier side compared to my other barefoot shoes and the sole is quite stiff. The stiff sole paired with the tongue sitting too far back seem to come together and make that discomfort at the front of the ankle worse. These also run large. I normally get a 9 which is what I got but I should have gotten an 8. ... show more

If you are transitioning to barefoot shoes or are a long-time minimalist wearer looking for a reliable, comfortable option, these are a fantastic find. Finding the right fit in barefoot brands can be tricky, but these hit the mark perfectly. Fit and Sizing Sizing is often the biggest hurdle with wide toe box shoes, but these are very true to size. For reference: • Nike: 9 • Vivobarefoot: 8 • Standard Barefoot Brands: 8.5 I ordered these in an 8.5, and the fit is perfect. There is enough room for natural toe splay without feeling like the shoe is sliding around. Comfort and Performance Right out of the box, these are incredibly comfortable. The wide toe box actually allows your feet to function the way they’re supposed to, and the sole provides that essential ground feel without being punishing on harder surfaces. They feel light, flexible, and didn't require any "break-in" period. Verdict These are a great value for anyone who needs that extra width.
