These came in pristine condition, made with leather and patent leather. Unfortunately we have to send them back the heels are too big for my son's narrow heel. Also, he is a true 10 1/2, but these are just a bit too small on the front right toe area.

The product was new and in great shape. However, the box that it came in itself was damaged and had no lid. The box was wrapped in plastic shrink-wrap material. I don't know if this was an Amazon issue or a vendor issue but it has discouraged me from purchasing from the seller again.
