They have an adhesive backing that applies to the light. They will not fade, peal, or discolor when applied properly. No need to worry, these will not damage your light lenses and can be removed. The customer service team is excellent. Thank you again Dan! Only thing I need to say about this product is take your time. You rush putting it on its gonna look bad. There’s gonna be a few air bubbles but I popped them with a small sewing needle and the sun or heat will take care of the rest. I used a heat gun on super low and after parked it under some 75 degree heat from the sun and looks legit. Also make sure you wrap your plastic bench scraper or squeegee with a small microfiber towel or you’ll get scratch marks that also don’t look good. I found that out the hard way. The bench scraper worked the best for me but all in all I’m very happy with this product. Comes with instructions that are easy to read and follow also. Two thumbs up!! ... show more

I have never done any sort of tinting before. But, this taillight tint went on pretty easily using the soapy water method. The heat gun made a huge difference. Very pleased with how this project turned out. Fits my 2014 Charger perfectly! UPDATE: I bought another Charger and decided to use the same tail light tint. However, this time I de-badged the tail lights. Lesson learned? If you buy the no-cutout version, be very careful of air getting trapped in the space where the metal letters were positioned. This product wouldn’t stick at all I followed all the instructions and still no luck, I don’t know if they are trying to scam you for your money or what but I had no luck with this. Wouldn’t advise anyone get this product. Cheap material would advise never to buy

I got my first tint and it was not sticking after following all directions. Reached out to seller and he suggested adhesive spray for tint he also sent me a new one since the previous one was damaged. Second one was perfect felt sticky from the start. Went on beautifully. I am no professional. These turned out as well as I could do. (Electrician by trade). Patience is key, microfiber clothes and a squeegee/credit card. It is still winter and I wasn't about sitting outside getting frustrated. So I removed ALL tail lights including the center and brake light. Was able to do it in the warmth and comfort of my home with a hairdryer by my side. Edges and corners were tricky. I did the best I could, I'm sure a professional would do better but as long you keep cool and be patient you should be fine ... show more
