The media could not be loaded. I ordered once and it didn't turn smoothly enough to be functional in an enclosed space like a cabinet or refrigerator. They sent replacement and it worked exactly like the first so I've returned both. If you don't need smooth gliding spin function, its a great product, but I needed it to actually spin.

These have really improved the out of control messes in my bath and kitchen cabinets. It makes finding what I’m looking for soo easy. Now I don’t have to pull all my spices out just to find the one I need. I’ve bought several and probably will get more….I keep finding uses for them. They’re very sturdy and turn easily, even when loaded. I have several different sizes and am very happy with them all.

However, one of the Lazy Susans came apart in the package. When I opened it, the little bebes went all over my floor. Luckily I found them all and was able to reassemble it. Both work fine now, and I actually really like them for my spices. Sturdy enough and easy to clean.
