I am 5'7" and 165. I have pretty long legs and carry most of my weight in my waist so shopping for pants is frustrating. These are pretty stretch but don't feel cheap. They aren't mid-rise as advertised. They are high rise which I don't like. Otherwise they fit great. If they were mid rise, I'd keep them & buy another pair but they aren't and so they are being returned.

After ordering and replacing 3 times I could never get a pair that was sewn correctly. One pant leg would be huge or way longer than the other or one perfect and the other 4” shorter. I finally gave up. All were returned.
