I've purchased Aeropostale polos for work for years. They're breathable and the colors are nice. The one caveat is that they're TINY. I normally wear a S/M or 6 size shirt. I buy XXL, and if they offer them, XXXL.

I had read other reviews, so I got an XL even though I usually wear a large in shirts. It fits, but it's definitely FITTED. Size up twice if you want a relaxed fit. Primary reason I would personally go up another size in the future is because I have muscular upper arms and the sleeve cuffs are snug enough to be slightly uncomfortable after wearing it for a while. So keep that in mind if you have muscular arms, or for any other reason might have larger upper arms as compared to the rest of your shirt measurements. I appreciate the length of the shirt, though.
