I’m so incredibly happy with this purchase. I’ve been searching for a long time for the right dissection kit. I’m a taxidermist and also a foodie, so this bad boy comes in handy doing double-duty. So versatile that I can go from stuffing and mounting a beloved deceased pet raccoon to eating a savory steak in just minutes with only a quick wipe down with a tissue. That’s right! These tools make an excellent set of cutlery for even the fanciest dining occasions. I had a new client come to have their late pet hamster taxidermied the other evening and then we sat down to a lovely dinner of porterhouse steak directly after.     • I am very pleased, and particularly happy with the magnifying glass which is METAL and excellent!
I was surprised that my kit did NOT have the silly yellow plastic magnifying glass some people have complained about.. My kit has a metal handled, excellent little magnifying glass, which I had seen in a couple photos, but which seems to have disappeared from Amazon today. Perhaps I am very lucky and got the last kit with this excellent magnifying glass I am very pleased with all the tools, and they are polished stainless steel as well. Every tool seems perfect to me The case is lovely as well. I consider it to be a good deal for the price, and again, I feel lucky to have been sent the excellent metal handled, magnifying glass.
