I'm 5'11" and weight around 185-190lbs. It's not see through and pretty soft. Good quality for a costume. I was able to glorify God even on Halloween by dressing up as our Lord and Savior and handing out tracts, and a bunch of other goodies. Praise the Lord.

Got this to model for my Jesus artwork. The robe is slipped on from overhead. It is a very thin soft material with a kind of burlap print, making it look like old linen cloth. The red sash is okay - could have been more material. The robe comes to mid-shin length on a 6 foot tall man of 180 lbs. There are no hems on the neckline and sleeves. There is a "draw string" thread in the collar and a cheap cord belt that is mostly for show and not very durable for any stress in it. Great authentic Jesus costume. It does not come with the wig or sandals. I bought this wig for the costume: Biblical (Brown) Wig And Beard, One Size, Brown which gave the costume a realistic look. Love the red head scarf the most and that it had a rope belt as well. I bought two costumes (one of a different style) and out of both everyone liked this one better. Attached is a picture of the actual costume and then a picture of the costume in a Easter Experience production where I switched out the main garment for a muslin custom made one. Not because there was anything wrong with the one that came with the costume, it was that we had made 30 of these garments for the actors/actresses and just decided to make Jesus match all of them. ... show more
