Edited: After purchasing my lady and I were playing around with it. However, during play, the free floating screws that latch the bar failed catastrophically. Slamming shut and injuring my lady's exterior and interior parts. Bad bruising on her exterior and a 2 week consistent pain inside during normal activities and evaluated drastically when she went to the restroom. they say they are going to make changes to the product to ensure this doesn't happen again As of the time im writing this I cannot guarantee that they have taken steps to address this major flaw- thus the single Star. They say we are the only ones who have been injured, more than likely you will be fine using this product- PLEASE inspect the toy thoroughly, before use. Make sure the screws are tight and there is no play on either side.

I wish it had smoother sides since the thin wires stretching you out can kinda hurt worse than you expect. Pulled out too fast and the hard steel loops at the ends of the stretcher painlessly popped my hemmoroid and it hasn't come back since, pretty cool.
