I got the all white, ocean plastic recyclable ones and I can see the controversy with these shoes. First of all, they’re *pretty light* not the lightest shoes but definitely in that category. Most of the bulk and weight is on the soles of the shoe so it gives the illusion that it’s heavy, but it’s not. The material is high quality and double points for being recycled materials. Fantastic boost sole makes every step plush and Uber comfortable. The amazing part of this shoe is the comfort. They hug my arches and have plenty of room for my toes (I have wide feet). There is *slight* heel slippage going on. It’s also pretty roomy in the heels but nothing that is worrisome. The controversial part is the tongue. There seems to be either a really thick and stiffer fabric, or a bendy, thin plastic slab inside of the tongue. No discomfort from rubbing or it being too stiff, it just feels like something stiffer is holding my shoes down. I absolutely love them! Triple points to the seller for getting it at my doorstep a couple days before it was estimated to arrive!

I purchased these on sale with a link by fatkid deals on twitter . The shoes are very nicely built . Made of recycled plastics . The only gripe i have with them is they for me a little snug due to mw having wide feet . They are very narrow on the edges . Besides that they are stylish

Not sure what Adidas was thinking but this version of the NMD V3 is kind of uncomfortable and seems cheaply made. As others have said, when I took them out of the box after they arrived I immediately thought "are these fake?". My main issue is the fact that this model has no padding inside the shoe which seems like a recipe for disaster when considering the heel rubbing the back of the foot. This is one of the most common complaints about this shoe on the Adidas website. It hasn't happened to me since I have only worn the shoes inside my apartment to see how they fit and feel. Also they seem to be a bit too big (too wide?) and just feel too loose. But the shoes seem to fit in terms of length because my big toe seems to be in the right place. A few positives are: they look pretty nice and to boost cushioning is great. I really want to give these shoes a chance and try to break them in BUT I don't want to be stuck with something I paid for but can't wear. Probably returning them..
