I think I could have ordered a 5.5 and they would have fit me better. I have had a few pair of these sneakers. They were always gifted and everyone says to size up but personally I say size down. I am usually a size ).6-6.5 my daughter is a T=Toddler 8 so I bought her an 8.5T. She had a pair of gold ones when she was a T7.5 and she grew out of them in weeks. So now she is a T8 and I decided to get a T8.5 and they are very big on her. at least she will have them for awhile . I know for next time now. For me, I definitely could have gotten away with a 5.5 instead of a 6. regardless, these shoes are great! they comfortable, go with just about anything and you can match your family, kids, partner. they’re such a clean and classic look. the bright white and detail make for a classy look. unisex also. These sneakers are my go to. I wouldn’t go running in these sneakers just bc there really isnt any support around the ankle. not at all disappointed a- i love them! ... show more

I have worn the Oldskool (Superstar) Adidas for easily over 20 years. They are my go to. I'm a plus size girl, and most sneakers/tennis shoes or whatever you choose to call your kicks, flatten out and lose so much of the support to your foot in them. These don't. That said, if you are flat footed, don't buy these unless you like having high arch support (I would think it would hurt, but I'm not an expert) I however have high arches, and these are hands down the best shoes for the shape of my foot. I've had 5 pair in the last 20 years, I literally wear them till they fall apart inside. Mainly it's just from. My foot/sock rubbing against the material inside and it starts getting holes, but it takes me years to get that way, and that's with wearing them as my primary shoe. But I'm also of the mindset that they don't have to be pristine white their entire life. These, just like chucks, in my personal opinion, look even better aged and worn. I don't wear them for fashion, even though they are soooo cute with casual summer dresses, leggings and a cute top etc. I love when I have something I can count on to be great like these. Every single time I get a new pair of these, they fit exactly the same as they always have. The only changes I have noticed are minor cosmetic ones. Like the tongue has gold on it now. (didn't when I first started buying them) and there is a gold "superstar" stamp on the side. ... show more

Sneakers arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. They had been tried on. Some of the reviews indicated that the sizing was off a bit. I ordered a 7.5 narrow, normal width for me is a medium. Good thing I did. This shoe is nowhere near a narrow., closer to a medium that's a bit wider than normal. I usually wear light to medium weight low profile socks. Had to use heavy weight with these. Cinched up the laces very snug and walked around for awhile. These are definitely good looking, well made sneakers. They're comfortable, good arch support for my high insteps, and I'm keeping them. I gave a 4 star review because the sizing, in my opinion, is misrepresented in that the narrow is actually a wide medium and the length is closer to an 8 than to the 7.5 I ordered. Heavy socks and tight lacing resolved these issues. They look and feel good on my feet. ... show more

Every time I wear these someone stops me to tell me how cute they are! The quality was great. I'm a teacher and am on my feet more often than not, and on the days I've worn them to school I've been pleased with the comfort and support. I do wish I'd gone down a half size as they seem to run a tad bit big, but thicker socks made up for that and I didn't feel the need to exchange them. ... show more
