I have been purchasing and returning red & white sneakers for a couple of month now trying to find the perfect pair. I want a pair I can wear with cropped pants and not look like I have giant awkward feet. The rounded toes of some of the other styles tend to be too long and tight at the toes bed. Then my feet are not comfy and look huge. I got so many compliments the first day I wore these. I work at a all girls middle school and high school. I got their seal of approval! They fit great and are comfortable. They are not bulky so look cute with shorts, cropped pants or long pants. I just love them. They have that retro look that I tend to lean toward. It rained the first day I wore them and I worried about he suede pieces and they still looked great at the end of the day. Seem like I should be able to get years out of these as a work show. I wont use them to run or work out in. They do not have enough support for that. ... show more

Bought these to work out in as they have fairly flat bottoms. The shoes work well for that. They are comfortable to work out in and are lightweight and they support my whole foot. They may be a tad narrow but im between a regular and wide so I think the wides would be to big for me. They are also fairly inexpensive compared to other sneakers. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because they do make noise when moving/walking, not enough to be a return item or anything though. They also seem to run a half size bigger. I originally ordered a 9.5 and had to reorder them in a 9 to fit better. ... show more

I purchased these on sale somewhere else. I loved the colors they reminded me of sneakers I wanted back when I was a kid in the 70s. I was skeptical they would be comfortable because years ago had bought some New Balance in a similar style those were so uncomfortable. I can say these are so lightweight and extremely comfortable. They didn’t need any break in time at all. I usually buy Vans or Converse but as I get older my feet can’t tolerate them. I am so obsessed with these, I bought a second pair on Amazon at an amazing price, I don’t know if I would pay full retail price for these. I got the second pair because usually when I like something it’s discontinued or just for a limited time. So I pulled the plug. I am so glad I did! I ordered my regular size 7.5 and they are perfect fit. I bought some sneaker protector to keep them clean. I read some online reviews people were complaining about the nylon making a noise that was irritating but I only found that the first time I wore them and only for a few minutes, then never again. These are so fun style wise and also incredibly comfortable. I wore them all day for a volleyball tournament even and at the end of the event my feet still felt great. The description said order a half a size smaller but I ordered my exact size and they fit perfect. I also ordered a half size smaller in comparison knowing I'd return one. That size was way too small per usual. Save yourself the hassle and just order your exact size! I have average to somewhat wide feet btw. This shoe is made to have a bit more toe room/a bit pointy for style. The only way I can see that you should order down is if you have really petite feet. Hope that helps! ... show more

I ordered an 8 wide. After 3 or so hours of wearing I could tell the shoe was rubbing my bunion. I'm not seeing on the tags or inside of shoe that this shoe is a wide, but that's what I ordered. Starting to feel very uncomfortable. Also very difficult to slide foot into shoe, but once shoe is on feels comfortable except in my case rubbing my bunion. ... show more

I am a 76 YOF who likes to walk. I LOVE these shoes. Bought my first pair and then added these as a second back-up. It's so hard to find comfortable shoes. And they are trim looking - not bulky. And light weight. I hope they keep these in stock as I will buy more later this year.
