First things first, I have the shoes on my feet right now and I can say they are incredibly soft and comfortable. They really do feel like standing on a cloud. I haven’t done any activities and then yet, so I can’t write a review based on that, but I don’t even think I will need additional arch support. That said, these shoes have absolutely been worn before and returned, I’m guessing. They were already laced up and widened out, meaning somebody has had their foot in and out of these things a few times. The bottom of the shoes have specs of dirt, the souls are scuffed, and the Adidas stripes are dirty. The photos I have attached are before I even tried them on, this is of the shoes straight out of the box. I would give this three stars based on that fact and that they aren’t advertised as having been previously worn, but I don’t want to knock the star rating down and make other potential buyers think the shoes themselves are not good. In fact, they feel like one of the most comfortable pairs I’ve tried on in a long time. They are maybe just slightly big on me, but this is good as it will allow for thicker socks, and nearly every pair of shoe I’ve bought in the past decade has been way too tight. ... show more

If you have fat feet, this shoes are definitely for you. I normally wear a 6.5wide and this show feels ultra wide. It gives you so much room and you don't feel tight inside. Their cloud form insert provides good support and it's very comfy to wear. It's great for casual walking and indoor exercise.
