They don't exactly support separate areas, just pad your feet as a whole. I feel like I am walking on clouds! Even after 2 hours of treadmill at the gym, my feet still feel great. The foot opening is too small (less than a standard fit), making them very difficult to put on - even when using a shoe horn. Adidas has always been my brand of choice so I have decades of experience wearing Adidas shoes and apparel.
