I do not know how I got by without these shoes for so many years. So much more stability while doing squats. These fit me well, and seem to be very well made.

One leg day with these and I’m very happy. On sizing, I wear 11.5 to 12 in Nike shoes, and I ordered these in size 12 and they’re just right. The shoes seem well made and are comfortable within the intended purpose. These shoes are designed for weightlifting, specifically squats and various other leg exercises, perhaps Olympic lifts. They are excellent in providing a stable platform. My feet felt like they were glued to the floor, and there is a mild heel rise. The soles are completely flat and very firm. The heel has ZERO CURVE for walking or running. You can walk from your car to the gym, or within the gym, but that’s about it. No way you’re doing any running or cross tracing movements! Within the intended use, these shoes are a very good value and I recommend them.

There are more expensive products on the market. But if you are not interested in shelling out $200-300 on a weightlifting shoe but also want something that perfectly does the job at a reasonable price, then this is it. These shoes add great stability to my deadlifts, squats, and presses. No qualms whatsoever.

I haven’t had them long enough to know how sturdy they will be, but for now they are very comfortable and add a noticeable improvement to my squatting form. With Amazon’s discounted price, it’s definitely a good investment. *** size a half size up if you have narrow/reg feet Go a full size up for wide feet ! I’m a women’s 7 and the 7.5 fits perfectly.

The Powerlift is a great shoe for squats. I can feel the difference when I squat with this shoe. It does run a little small so I recommend sizing up half a size.

These shoes feel fine when lifting, and may encourage better form. But for me they are very awkward and uncomfortable to walk around in at the gym (or anywhere else). The bottom of the shoes are very flat and smoothed which makes it hard to get good grip for feet when doing leg press or calf raises. Though the shoes do fit as expected and feel quite comfortable when not moving around. Overall they are good for people who can get over the uncomfortable nature of walking in them, and who can manage to not have their feet slipping on some equipment.
