I’ve put around 20 miles on these shoes so far. They are meant for hiking only not pavement. More like wearing football or baseball cleats. The shoe runs about a 1/2 size smaller. I wear an 11 and had to send back the first pair for an 11 1/2. I also may try putting a more cushioned insole in. The shoe offers good support and traction. All in all good for the money. Not a shoe I would hike the Applachian Trail with but good for day hikes.

Alaska tough, been just about everywhere and every season. Pleased with he functionality, softer soles for hiking and great for the snow and ice conditions found in Alaska. Gortex was a tempting upgrade and I may still regret that enhancement but so far, stoked with how good these have been so far (September 22-March 23)

Paid $56 for these and am very happy at that price point. You need to break these in, more so than other shoes, but I think it is because of the tread on these. After a day of slight discomfort, they were good to go. They are now much more comfortable and these treads are perfect for new England. They are not the warmest but also not super airy either. Quite pleased with these as an around town s sneaker for when it is icey or slushy out.

These aren't Solomon's nor Keen, but they're definitely a good pair, like with any stiff pair one must break them in. They're simplistic with no extra holes for a snuggier feel around the foot, more lose and boxy feel. There are pairs worse than these from Saucony, but the price wins for the entry level if you wanna get used to grippier shoes.

I have an old pair that are a size 10, and fit perfectly, but are finally wearing out. I ordered a 10 again and they slipped badly in the heel. So I went to a 9 1/2 and they fit fine. I use them as a golf shoe, and they work great. No slipping.

These shoes took a day to break in. A lil stiff at first but then they backed very comfortable. Awesome for hiking but the bottoms are like cleats so expect to have dirt and mud stuck to the bottoms. Overall a great product and a great price
