Let me start by saying that I did not buy these for running so I could not tell you how good they would be for that exercising. I needed something inexpensive to wear for cutting grass as the soles of my old ones were falling off. I found these for a great bargain of nearly $10 off. I have to say they are very nice shoes. The color is nice and they provide decent arch support and look to be durable which was my main concern when buying any of the ones that I looked at. The material looks sturdy enough for what they were bought for. The sizing was spot on. I wear an 11 1/2 and these were a perfect fit. I will say that for a medium width shoe they are more to the narrow side so if you want more room than I would suggest going a 1/2 size up. But I have a thinner foot so these worked out perfectly. I wore them today to cut the lawn and can say they were comfortable on my feet the entire time, are lightweight and sturdy. I would definitely recommend these for every day wearing and for shoes you don’t mind getting dirty and used. I almost kept them for every day wearing. Got yelled at by my friends for running in Jordan’s, never owned a pair of real running shoes. Put them on right out of the box and had quite possibly the most comfortable run I’ve ever experienced. They are a little narrow but by the time I was about a mile in they certainly formed to the shape of my foot. I’m not a huge fan of white shoes usually, but I could wear these out and not look goofy. Started raining on me during my run and they are breathable enough to push water out instead of holding it in. That may not sound very important, but it definitely makes a difference for me because even if it wasn’t raining my feet are very sweaty and having shoes that push water out prevents blisters. Overall very happy with the quality especially for the price. If you’re a more advanced runner or running is your specific sport you probably won’t like these. I’m a mma fighter and only run for the cardio, these are certainly suited for my needs. ... show more
